How to order
You can purchase or order up to 5000 different products and solutions from us, check out the availability of products in our warehouse and follow the status of your order. The SB and Partners e-shop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders for standard goods can be placed online via the e-shop at any time of day or night. We will process your order on weekdays between 8.00 and 17.00 hours, when you can also consult with our SB and Partners consultants.
Registration
There is no need to register on the e-shop to place your order, however, if you wish to follow the status and history of your order, we suggest you fill out the registration form.
If registered, our regular customers get the opportunity to view and order goods at their applicable prices, using special discounts, as well as individual terms and conditions of purchase and payment.
If you register as a legal entity, we will check and confirm your registration manually. If your company has several users, we will grant the main user of your choice administrator rights, which allows you to add users to the company account, define their rights and exclude users who no longer work for your company.
Placing an order
Once you have chosen your products, put them in the e-shop basket and confirmed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Our consultants will process your order within the next working day and check the technical specifications and availability in the warehouse. If alterations are required to your order, we will contact you and discuss the reasons and possible options. Following co-ordination of the order, we will reserve the goods and send an invoice to the e-mail address you have provided, for payment. If you have chosen products that are currently not in stock, we will inform you of the anticipated delivery dates. When placing an order, please consider that the information about products available in our warehouse is of an informative nature. Upon processing your order, our consultants will inform you of availability or otherwise.
Orders containing products not in our warehouse
If any of the goods included in the order are not in our warehouse at the time of ordering, we will order it from the supplier and take care of the fastest possible delivery. You will see the estimated delivery time both in the e-shop product catalogue and in your cart. If you choose to pay by prepaid invoice, we will order the product after receiving the payment in our bank account. We will deliver the order to you together when the goods ordered from the supplier have been received. If you want to receive the goods available in stock sooner, please contact our consultants and agree on the possibility to receive the order in parts.
Prices
Prices for unregistered buyers and individuals in the E-store include VAT. For legal entities - VAT payers - we display prices without value added tax.
If you are our regular customer, when you register and log in to the system, you will see your individual prices and special discounts in our e-shop.
When displaying prices with VAT included, for products consisting of several parts, in very rare cases, due to the nature of the tax calculation and rounding, a difference of a few cents may occur between the mathematical total price of the individual parts and the order amount calculated by the system.

All possible finishes and sets are provided both in the product descriptions as well as in the catalogue of the manufacturer. If you do not find your favourite colour or the required set in our e-shop, add a comment to the selected product and add the desired product specification to it before placing it in the basket. In this case, we will receive your order as a Request Cart and will contact you to inform you about the availability, price, and delivery options of the selected specification.
Our assortment also includes products, the sets and technical compatibility of which are very complicated and may require professional knowledge and in-depth design research in order not to make mistakes in the choice of products. We want to help you buy these products, so the way to order them is slightly different from ordering standard products. You can select items and add them to your Request Cart. By confirming the Request Cart, we will receive it, check the technical compatibility of the selected goods, in compliance with your needs and availability in stock. If it is necessary to adjust the order, we will contact you and explain the reason for the adjustments and possible solutions. After according the order, we will ask you to return to the e-shop and confirm the order by entering the necessary delivery data and making the payment.
