The origins of the CONCA handle are found in the hotel Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. This was the first collaboration project between OLIVARI and the Spanish architect and designer Patricia Urquiola. The Mandarin Oriental houses the first version of the CONCA: a voluminous, majestic and sculpture-like handle that is unique to this hotel alone. The current door and window handle CONCA is a more compact one with different proportions, and it has become one of the most popular models by OLIVARI.
