Right of cancellation

Return of goods or options for exchange of goods
On purchasing products online from the SB and Partners e-shop, you have the right to exchange or return them within 14 days. The terms for exchange and return are applicable only to standard products. If you have purchased goods which have been manufactured specifically for you according to an individual order (non-standard sizes, special finishes, non-standard sets, adaptation of products to fit specific installations), exchange or return is not possible.


 
Procedure for return or exchange of goods

In order to return or exchange standard products purchased via the e-shop, please send a written request in free form to us by e-mail: it would be very helpful if you could state the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your request to return goods, we will evaluate it and send a confirmation to your indicated e-mail address within 2 working days.
You can exchange or return goods:

1)  in person: at the Client Service Centre of SB UN PARTNERI SIA, Piedrujas street 7A, Riga; 

2)  by post to SB UN PARTNERI SIA, Piedrujas street 7A, LV-1073 Rīga

You will be required to cover the postage costs for the return of goods.

 
Conditions for the return or exchange of goods
When returning goods purchased from our e-shop, please observe the following terms:
  •  use the original packaging;
  •  make sure that the appearance and functionality of the product is flawless and in its original condition;
  • check whether the product is complete in its entirety (as it was sent to you
  • ensure that the product has not been used or operated in any way;
  • pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transportation;
  • pay the postage costs. If we receive a package that has not been paid for, we will deduct the cost of the postal charges from the amount of the product value to be reimbursed to you.

Reimbursement

We will return payment received from you for products that you have returned, and the delivery charges, within 14 days, from the time that the cancellation request is received, but not before the products to be returned have been received by SB and Partners Ltd in their premises. If we have not received the products to be returned, but you wish to confirm the despatch thereof, please send us proof of the consignment despatch.
